2017 WING CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
CONFERENCE CHECK-IN will be in the lobby at 1900-2200 Friday night and 0700-1900 on Saturday. If you arrive on Friday night, please check in to alleviate some of the traffic on Saturday morning. Check in on Saturday morning in time to be in your seat by 0755 for the General Session. For those only attending the banquet, you can check in up until 1900.

You may use a credit card. You may also indicate payment by check.
To pay by check, please send a check to “Civil Air Patrol - Wing Conference” with the attendee’s name, CAPID, and “Wing Conference” in the memo line. Mail the check to Virginia Wing Headquarters, 7401 Airfield Drive, Richmond, VA 23237-2259, ATTN: WING CONFERENCE.
**When registering, you do NOT need a VAWG email address.**
Registration fees are:
— Adult/Guest full conference $75.00, includes everything on Saturday plus Friday hospitality
— Adult daytime $45.00, includes everything on Saturday except the banquet
— Adult banquet only - $50.00
— Cadet full conference $70.00, includes everything on Saturday plus Friday hospitality
— Cadet daytime $40.00, includes everything on Saturday except the banquet
— Cadet banquet only - $45.00
Late registration fees are:
— Adult/Guest full conference $85.00, includes everything on Saturday plus Friday hospitality
— Adult daytime $55.00, includes everything on Saturday except the banquet
— Adult banquet only - $60.00
— Cadet full conference $80.00, includes everything on Saturday plus Friday hospitality
— Cadet daytime $50.00, includes everything on Saturday except the banquet
— Cadet banquet only - $55.00
–Registrations received by 2359 on 3 MAR 2017 WILL receive a commemorative conference coin.
–Registrations received between 4 MAR and 9 APR 2017 will NOT receive a commemorative conference coin.
–Online registrations close on 2 APR 2017. After this date you will need to pay the late registration fee at the door.
–If you are paying at the door, please advise email@example.com so that we may add you into the head count for meals.
Cadets need a Supervising Senior Member who will serve as their chaperone. This supervising Senior Member will be at the conference while the cadet is. When registering, cadets will require the senior member’s name, rank, CAPID, email, and phone number to include in their registration. The conference staff will contact the Charperone to confirm they will be responsible for the cadet. Supervising Senior Members also need to initial the cadet’s CAPF 32. Cadets are allowed to be chaperoned by a parent if the parent is registered for the conference.
